Lemony Zaatar Baladi
This zaatar is actually heavily green. It has an earthy spicy texture to it. It tastes very herby and has its own personality. Knowing very well what to expect from traditional zaatar baladi, this one exceeded the expectations! Its aroma lingers in your mouth for a while after eating it with rich olive oil.
